Pina Colada Protein Popsicles

Whether you’re craving a healthy summer dessert, post-workout snack, or a protein-rich treat for the whole family, these Piña Colada Popsicles are a refreshing, nutritious delight. No refined sugar, no artificial ingredients — just tropical goodness in every bite!

Ingredients:

1 (13.5 oz / 400 mL) can full-fat coconut milk

1 ½ cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, 2-5% fat)

1 scoop (30g) vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder (or plant-based)

1–2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)

Zest of lime

Juice of lime

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)

Optional: 1–2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut for texture

Instructions: 

  1. Blend all ingredients, except zest in a high-speed blender until completely smooth and creamy. Stir in your zest

  2. Taste and adjust sweetness. Add more honey if needed.

  3. Pour into 12 popsicle molds evenly.

  4. Tap molds gently to remove air bubbles. Add popsicle sticks.

  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

  6. To release, allow them to sit on the counter for 5-10 min.

    Tips:

    • For extra texture, fold in diced pineapple or shredded coconut before freezing.

    • Use casein or whey isolate for creamier texture and higher protein.

    • To make dairy-free, swap Greek yogurt for a plant-based yogurt or more coconut milk.
